摘  要:帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是一种严重进行性神经退行性疾病,既有运动症状也有非运动症状,其病症严重影响着人们的生活。深部脑刺激(deep brain stimulation,DBS)是一种公认的安全的神经外科对症疗法,适用于内科治疗无法充分控制的症状或多巴胺能药物引起运动障碍等严重副作用的晚期疾病患者。DBS领域的进步,包括技术、机制理解和应用,有可能扩大DBS的获取和使用,同时也改善临床结局。在这篇综述中,我们总结了近年来最新研究机制、靶点选择以及DBS治疗新进展。Parkinson's disease(PD)is a severe progressive neurodegenerative disorder with both motor and non-motor symptoms.Deep brain stimulation(DBS)is a recognized and safe neurosurgical symptomatic therapy for patients with advanced disease whose symptoms cannot be adequately controlled by medical therapy or whose dopaminergic medications cause severe side effects such as dyskinesia.Advances in the field of DBS,including technology,mechanistic understanding and application,have the potential to expand access to,and the use of,DBS,as well as improving clinical outcomes.This review summarizes the latest research in the mechanisms,target selection,and progress in the treatment of DBS in recent years.
