摘　　要：本文介绍了包神铁路集团铁路施工作业人员现有安全防护体系,针对目前防护手段单一、缺乏信息互联互通的问题,提出了基于北斗定位、陆基PNT、惯导定位的融合定位方案。结合铁路电子地图、电子围栏、GIS空间分析、人工智能及其他辅助手段,构建包神铁路人身安全防护系统,建立了“平台+终端”的智能防护预警模式,实现了调度、车站、机车和施工现场的信息互联互通,确保铁路施工作业人员人身安全及行车安全。This article introduces the existing safety protection system for railway construction workers of Baoshen Railway Group,in response to the current problems of single protection methods and lack of information interconnection,a fusion positioning scheme based on Beidou positioning,land-based PNT,and inertial navigation positioning has been proposed.And combined with railway electronic maps,electronic fences,GIS spatial analysis,artificial intelligence,and other auxiliary means,building a personal safety protection system for the Baoshen Railway,established an intelligent protection and early warning mode of"platform+terminal",realized information interconnection and intercommunication among dispatch,stations,locomotives,and construction sites,ensure the personal safety and driving safety of railway construction workers.
