摘  要:目的:探讨高频彩色超声诊断乳腺癌的价值。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年7月本院收治的100例疑似乳腺癌患者为对象,接受高频彩色多普勒超声检查。以病理检查为金标准,分析高频超声诊断乳腺癌的价值。结果:乳腺癌与乳腺良性肿瘤患者回声、后方衰减、纵横比、微钙化、边缘、内部结构、血流特征比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。乳腺癌患者BI-RADS分级4a、4b、4c、5级占比高于乳腺良性肿瘤,而2级、3级占比低于乳腺良性肿瘤(P<0.05)。高频超声诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为90.28%、78.57%、87.00%。结论:高频超声通过声像及血流频谱特征诊断乳腺癌的价值较高,可辅助临床治疗。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler and high frequency ultrasound in breast cancer.Methods:100 suspected breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as subjects to receive high-frequency ultrasound examination.Taking pathological examination as the gold standard,the value of advanced color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast cancer was analyzed.Results:There were significant differences in echo,posterior attenuation,aspect ratio,microcalcification,edge,internal structure and blood flow characteristics between breast cancer and benign breast tumors(P<0.05).The proportion of BI RADS grades4a、4b,4c and 5 in breast cancer patients was higher than that of benign breast tumors,while the proportion of BI RADS grades 2 and 3 was lower than that of benign breast tumors(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography were 90.28%,78.57%,87.00%.Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound has high value in the diagnosis of breast cancer through the characteristics of sound image and blood flow spectrum,which can assist clinical treatment.
