摘　　要：目的:探讨阴道直肠隔胃肠间质瘤的CT及MRI影像表现,以提高对该肿瘤的认识。方法:回顾性分析盐源县人民医院2022年6月经手术及病理证实的1例阴道直肠隔胃肠间质瘤患者的临床及影像资料,并结合文献复习。结果:阴道直肠隔类圆形软组织肿块,与直肠及阴道分界不清。结论:阴道直肠隔胃肠间质瘤影像学表现具有相对特异性,但确诊仍需要免疫组化的协助,准确的诊断有助于提供更好的手术和治疗方案。Objective:To investigate the CT and MRI imaging features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors of the vaginal rectal septum,so as to improve the understanding of the tumor.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical and imaging data of a patient with gastrointestinal stromal tumor of the vaginal rectal septum confirmed by surgery and pathology in Peoples Hospital of Yanyuan County on June 2022,and review of the literatures.Results:A round soft tissue mass that occurs in the vaginal rectal septum,with unclear demarcation of the rectum and vagina.Conclusion:The imaging manifestations of gastrointestinal stromal tumors of the vaginal rectal septum are relatively specific,but the diagnosis still needs the assistance of immunohistochemistry.Accurate diagnosis can help provide better surgical and treatment plans.
