摘 要:玉米秸秆的顽固结构阻碍了其高值化利用。基于此,提出一种冻融辅助超低酸预处理方法,可选择性去除半纤维素。通过超低浓度硫酸选择性去除秸秆中的半纤维素,冻融作用破坏纤维素氢键,降低秸秆纤维素结晶度,进一步提高纤维素酶解葡萄糖产率。条件优化结果表明,最佳预处理条件为-20℃冷冻12 h、0.1%的硫酸在180℃的条件下处理30 min,半纤维素去除率可达到93.93%,酶解葡萄糖产率达到94.11%。表征分析发现预处理后的秸秆结构破坏,粗糙度增加,比表面积增大,可有效增加纤维素酶可及性,提高酶解效率,旨在为实现木质纤维素选择性分离、高效转化提供新的思路。The recalcitrant structure of corn stover hinders its high value utilization.In this study,a freeze-thaw assisted ultra-low acid pretreatment method is proposed to selectively remove hemicellulose.The selective removal of hemicellulose from stover was achieved by ultra-low concentration of sulfuric acid,and the freeze-thawing action broke the cellulose hydrogen bonds and reduced the crystallinity of stover cellulose,which further improved the glucose yield of cellulolytic enzymes.The results showed,that the optimal pretreatment conditions were-20℃freezing for 12 h,0.1%sulfuric acid treatment at 180℃for 30 min,the hemicellulose removal rate could reach 93.93%,and the enzymatic glucose yield reached 94.11%.Characterization analyses revealed that the pretreated straw structure was destroyed,roughness increased and specific surface area increased,which could effectively increase the cellulase accessibility and improve the enzymatic efficiency.This study provides new ideas for achieving selective separation and efficient conversion of lignocellulose.
