摘  要:近年来,休闲零食的分销渠道发生了重大变革,传统商超和传统电商已经不再是休闲零食最重要的分销渠道,零食量贩店凭借绝对低廉的价格、丰富的品类、便捷的区位等优势迅速成为休闲零食最重要的分销渠道。本文以零食量贩店为研究对象,从市场规模、企业发展现状、经营模式及特点等方面调查和分析其发展现状,剖析当前零食量贩店发展面临的利润空间不断被压缩、质量参差不齐、同质化严重等问题,并从产品力、品牌力、消费者综合体验三个方面提出针对性建议,探索零食量贩店创新发展的新路径。In recent years,there has been a signifi cant transformation in the distribution channels for leisure snacks.Traditional supermarkets and e-commerce platforms are no longer the most important distribution channels for leisure snacks;instead,snack wholesale stores have rapidly emerged as the primary distribution channel due to their extremely low prices,diverse product off erings,and convenient locations.This paper focuses on snack wholesale stores and investigates their development status from various aspects,including market scale,current business development,operational models,and characteristics.It analyzes the challenges these stores face,such as shrinking profi t margins,varying product quality,and severe homogenization.Additionally,the paper proposes targeted recommendations from three dimensions:product strength,brand power,and overall consumer experience,exploring new pathways for the innovative development of snack wholesale stores.
