摘 要:商科专业顶岗实习在提升学生职业素养,提高学生实践能力,促进校企合作,提升专业人才培养质量等方面发挥了重要作用。但长期以来,商科专业顶岗实习在角色定位、实习安排、激励政策、监管考评等方面还存在较大问题。建议采取丰富实习工作内容、加大资源建设力度、优化过程管理策略等实习管理举措,促推高职商科专业顶岗实习提质增效。Internships for business majors have proven instrumental in enhancing students’professional competencies,bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application,and facilitating a smoother transition into the workplace.However,persistent challenges remain in areas such as internship placement,student role definition,process management and evaluation,and the motivation of internship supervisors.This paper investigates these issues,identifying the underlying causes and proposing targeted strategies for optimizing internship management.The aim is to further enhance the quality and effectiveness of internship programs for business majors in vocational colleges.Internships in business-related disciplines have played a crucial role in enhancing students’professional competencies,improving practical skills,fostering school-enterprise collaboration,and elevating the overall quality of talent cultivation.However,significant challenges remain in areas such as role definition,internship arrangements,incentive policies,and supervision and evaluation mechanisms.It is recommended to enrich the content of internship tasks,intensify resource development efforts,and optimize process management strategies to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of internships in business programs within vocational education.
