摘　　要：全科医学和基层医疗卫生机构在骨质疏松症防治工作中承担着重要作用。本文根据中华医学会骨质疏松和骨矿盐疾病分会发布的《原发性骨质疏松症诊疗指南(2022)》与《原发性骨质疏松症社区诊疗指导原则》(2019版),提炼出骨质疏松筛查、风险评估、诊断与治疗、转诊和随访管理的9个要点和10条推荐意见,旨在提高基层医院对原发性骨质疏松症的规范诊治和管理水平。General practice and primary healthcare institutions play an important role in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.This article,based on the"Guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of primary osteoporosis(2022)"and the"Guiding principles for the diagnosis and treatment of primary osteoporosis in primary healthcare institutions"(version 2019),both issued by Chinese Society of Osteoporosis and Bone Mineral Research,summarizes 9 key points and 10 recommendations for osteoporosis screening,risk assessment,diagnosis and treatment,referral and follow-up management.The aim is to improve the standard diagnosis,treatment and management of primary osteoporosis in general practice and primary care level.
