CT引导下^(125)I放射性粒子植入联合化疗对结直肠癌骨转移患者的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析CT引导下125I放射性粒子植入联合化疗在结直肠癌骨转移(Bone metastasis,BM)患者治疗中的应用效果.方法此次试验研究对象的纳入时间在2020年1月-2023年1月之间,共包括在天津医科大学第二医院接受结直肠癌BM治疗的患者74例,以电脑随机数字表法将患者分为研究组(n=37)与参照组(n=37),参照组患者的治疗方法为化疗,研究组患者在参照组基础上加用CT引导下125I放射性粒子植入.结果研究组与参照组患者在近期疗效、疼痛治疗总有效率、治疗后1个月、3个月疼痛评分以及治疗后1年生存率、中位生存时间上比较,存在显著差异,P<0.05.两组患者治疗前疼痛感评分、治疗后3年生存率并无显著差异,P>0.05.结论CT引导下125I放射性粒子植入联合化疗属于直肠癌BM患者的理想治疗方案,有助于提高患者的近期疗效及疼痛治疗效果,并降低治疗后1个月、3个月疼痛评分,在提高患者治疗后1年生存率的同时实现患者中位生存时间的有效延长,值得予以进一步临床分析以及推广应用.Objective To analyze the efficacy of CT-guided 125I radioactive particle implantation combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of Bone metastasis(BM)patients with colorectal cancer.Methods The subjects of this study were included from January 2020 to January 2023,including 74 patients who received BM treatment for colorectal cancer in Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University.The patients were divided into study group(n=37)and reference group(n=37)by computer random number table method.The treatment method for patients in the reference group was chemotherapy.The patients in the study group were implanted with CT-guided 125I radioactive particles on the basis of the reference group.Results There were significant differences in short-term efficacy,effective rate of pain treatment,pain scores at 1 month and 3 months after treatment,1-year survival rate and median survival time in the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in pain perception score before treatment and 3-year survival rate after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion CT-guided 125I radioactive particle implantation combined with chemotherapy is an ideal treatment for BM patients with rectal cancer,which is helpful to improve the short-term efficacy and effective rate of pain treatment and reduce the pain score of 1 month and 3 months after treatment,and effectively develop the median survival time of patients while improving the 1-year survival rate after treatment.It is worthy of further clinical analysis and application.
