逆向思维法结合筛查健康教育在已婚妇女宫颈癌筛查工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究逆向思维法结合筛查健康教育在已婚妇女宫颈癌筛查工作中的应用.方法选取本院自2022年3月-2024年1月收治的接受宫颈癌筛查的已婚妇女98例,按照随机数字表法分成两组,每组各49例,对照组实施常规宫颈癌筛查有关的健康教育,观察组在其基础上应用逆向思维法,对比两组实施不同健康教育前后的自我效能、对宫颈癌筛查工作的依从性、已婚妇女所掌握的与宫颈癌筛查相关的知识以及生活质量量表(SF-36)评分.结果两组健康教育后与健康教育前相比,自我效能评分均较高,对宫颈癌筛查的依从性较高,预防筛查知识掌握情况较好,SF-36量表评分较高,观察组健康教育后与对照组健康教育后相比自我效能评分均更高,对宫颈癌筛查的依从性更高,预防筛查知识掌握情况更好,SF-36量表评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在常规宫颈癌筛查工作基础上应用逆向思维法可提高已婚妇女的自我效能和对宫颈癌筛查工作的依从性,使其掌握更多宫颈癌筛查的有关知识,生活质量也明显提高.Objective To explore and analyze the application of the reverse thinking method combined with screening health education in cervical cancer screening for married women.Methods From March 2022 to January 2024,98 married women who underwent cervical cancer screening in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received conventional health education related to cervical cancer screening,while the observation group applied the reverse thinking method on this basis.The self-efficacy,adherence to cervical cancer screening,knowledge about cervical cancer screening,and SF-36 quality of life scores before and after different health education interventions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the scores before health education,the self-efficacy scores,adherence to cervical cancer screening,knowledge of preventive screening,and SF-36 scores were higher in both groups after health education.The observation group had significantly higher scores in self-efficacy,adherence to cervical cancer screening,knowledge of preventive screening,and SF-36 quality of life compared to the control group after health education,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the reverse thinking method on the basis of conventional cervical cancer screening work can effectively improve the self-efficacy of married women,increase their adherence to cervical cancer screening,enhance their knowledge about cervical cancer screening,and significantly improve their quality of life.
