摘　　要：目的了解痴呆患者主要照顾者二元关系水平,并分析其影响因素,为今后制定二元干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、相依关系量表、Zarit照顾者负担量表、照顾者积极感受量表对2023年1月—2023年10月收治于河南省人民医院的205例痴呆患者的主要照顾者进行横断面调查。结果共回收205份有效问卷。痴呆患者照顾者二元关系总均分为(2.82±0.31)分。多元线性回归分析显示照顾者每日照顾时间、照顾负担、照顾者积极感受是痴呆患者二元关系的影响因素(P<0.05),共解释其变异度的64.1%。结论痴呆患者主要照顾者二元关系处于中等水平并受多种因素影响,医务工作者需针对二元关系影响因素加强干预,注重挖掘照顾者的积极体验,减轻照顾负担,提升照顾者二元关系水平。Objective To understand the level of dyadic relationship of primary caregivers with dementia patients and analyze its influencing factors,in order to provide theoretical basis for developing the dyadic intervention measures in the future.Methods Totally 205 caregivers were treated between January 2023 and October 2023 in Henan Provincial People's Hospital,and were interviewed using a general information questionnaire,a mutuality scale,a Zarit burden interview,and a positive aspects of caregiver assessment by cross-sectional survey research.Results A total of 205 valid questionnaires were collected.The total score of dyadic relationship in primary caregivers with dementia patients was(2.82±0.31).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that caregiver's daily caregiving time,caregiver burden and caregiver's positive feelings were the influencing factors of dyadic relationship(P<0.05),accounting for 64.1%of the variance.Conclusion The dyadic relationship of primary caregivers with dementia patients is at a moderate level and is affected by many factors.Medical staff should strengthen intervention according to the influencing factors of the binary relationship,pay attention to exploring the positive experience of caregivers,reduce the burden of care,and improve the level of the dyadic relationship of caregivers.
