摘　　要：随着医学影像技术的不断发展,影像学检查在牙周病诊断中的应用越来越广泛。牙科医生需要接受各种影像技术的培训,包括X线、曲面体层摄影、锥形束CT、MRI等,以便全面评估牙周病。该文深入探讨了影像学检查技术在牙髓和根尖周病诊断中的研究进展,比较各检查技术的优点和局限性,为牙髓和根尖周病的诊断提供了新思路。With the continuous development of medical imaging technology,the application of imaging in the diagnosis of periodontal disease is more and more extensive.Dentists need to be trained in a variety of imaging techniques,including X-ray,curved tomography,cone-beam CT,MRI,etc.,in order to fully assess periodontal disease.This paper discussed the research progress of imaging techniques in the diagnosis of pulp and periapical diseases,compared the advantages and limitations of each technique,and provided a new idea for the diagnosis of pulp and periapical diseases.
