宫颈冷刀锥切术联合保妇康栓、乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析宫颈冷刀锥切术联合保妇康栓、乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果。方法:选取东明县妇幼保健院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的宫颈癌前病变患者150例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各75例。对照组采取宫颈冷刀锥切术联合保妇康栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。比较两组临床相关指标、炎性因子水平、生活质量、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组人乳头状瘤病毒载量均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组阴道分泌物pH值低于治疗前,且低于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组γ干扰素水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.020)。结论:宫颈冷刀锥切术联合保妇康栓、乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果显著,能够降低患者的人乳头状瘤病毒载量、阴道分泌物pH值,减轻炎性反应,提高生活质量,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of cervical cold knife conization combined with Baofukang suppository and lacidophilin vaginal capsules in treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods:A total of 150 patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted to Dongming County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cervical cold knife conization combined with Baofukang suppository and the observation group was treated with lacidophilin vaginal capsules on the basis of control group.The clinically relevant indicators,inflammatory factor levels,quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the human papilloma viral load in two groups was lower than that before treatment,and this indicator in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pH value of vaginal discharge in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and also lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels ofγinterferon in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.020).Conclusion:The clinical effect of cervical cold knife conization combined with Baofukang suppository and lacidophilin vaginal capsules
