强力定眩胶囊联合氟桂利嗪治疗脑动脉硬化性眩晕的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析强力定眩胶囊联合氟桂利嗪治疗脑动脉硬化性眩晕的临床效果。方法:选取益阳市中心医院2022年3月—2023年10月收治的60例脑动脉硬化性眩晕患者进行研究,依据随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合强力定眩胶囊治疗。对比两组中医证候评分、脑动脉血流情况及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组眩晕、头痛、视物不清及听觉异常评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组椎动脉、基底动脉脑血流速度均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,两组椎动脉、基底动脉脉动指数均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.030)。结论:强力定眩胶囊联合氟桂利嗪治疗脑动脉硬化性眩晕的临床效果较好,能够缓解患者的症状,改善其脑动脉血流情况。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Qiangli Dingxuan capsule combined with flunarizine in the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerotic vertigo.Methods:Sixty patients with cerebral arteriosclerotic vertigo admitted to Yiyang Central Hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine,and the study group was treated with Qiangli Dingxuan capsule on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,cerebral artery blood flow and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of vertigo,headache,blurred vision and abnormal hearing in both groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the cerebral blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery in both groups was higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the vertebral artery and basilar artery pulse index in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.030).Conclusion:Qiangli Dingxuan capsule combined with flunarizine has good clinical effect in the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerotic vertigo,which can alleviate the symptoms of patients and improve the cerebral artery blood flow.
