免疫规划管理在流动儿童预防接种中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析免疫规划管理在流动儿童预防接种中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年6月于常熟市古里人民医院进行疫苗接种的200名适龄流动儿童及其家长作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100名。对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用免疫规划管理。比较两组家长预防接种知识知晓度评分、儿童疫苗接种率。结果:观察组家长疫苗接种种类、疫苗接种时间、疫苗接种注意事项、接种次数评分均高于对照组,儿童疫苗接种率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:免疫规划管理在流动儿童预防接种中的应用效果较好,可以有效提高流动儿童家长预防接种的知晓率和儿童疫苗接种率。相关机构可以从多方面加强预防接种相关知识的宣传力度,提高流动儿童疫苗接种率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of immunization program management in the vaccination of migrant children.Methods:A total of 200 migrant children at appropriate age who underwent vaccination in Guli People's Hospital of Changshu City from January 2021 to June 2023 and their parents were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine management,while the observation group received immunization program management.The vaccination knowledge awareness scores of parents and the vaccination rates of children were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of vaccination types,vaccination time,vaccination precautions and vaccination frequency among parents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the vaccination rate of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of immunization program management in the vaccination of migrant children has better effects,and can effectively improve the vaccination awareness scores of parents and the vaccination rates of migrant children.The relevant institutions can strengthen the propaganda of vaccination related knowledge in various aspects to increase the vaccination rate of migrant children.
