三全育人视域下高职院校图书馆教风学风的调查与对策——以徐州医药分院为例

摘  要:为贯彻实施《职业教育法》,促进职业教育的高质量发展,并致力于培育高素质的技术技能人才,高职院校图书馆积极投身于学校的人才培养体系之中,开展了一项关于教风与学风的深入调查。调查结果显示,师生对学校的教风学风持有较高的评价,但图书馆的利用率却相对较低。尽管如此,师生对图书馆提供的服务仍表现了较高的满意度。针对图书馆,师生们建议应更多地举办文化活动,尤其是读书活动。基于此,本文提出了一系列策略,以期为相关人员提供有益的参考。In order to implement the Vocational Education Law,promote the high-quality development of vocational education,and strive to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents,vocational college libraries actively participate in the school's talent training system and carry out an in-depth investigation on teaching and learning styles.The survey results show that teachers and students have a high evalua⁃tion of the school's teaching and learning style,but the utilization rate of the library is relatively low.Nevertheless,teachers and students expressed a high level of satisfaction with the services provided by the library.Regarding the library,teachers and students suggest that more cultural activities,especially reading activities,should be held.Based on this,this article proposes a series of strategies in order to pro⁃vide useful references for relevant personnel.
