摘  要:目的评估应用3D打印制作眼模型在高度近视眼轴测量的效果。方法前瞻性病例系列研究。收集2023年5月至2023年12月在郑州大学第一附属医院眼科行后巩膜加固术的高度近视伴后巩膜葡萄肿患者10例(10眼)的临床资料。术前分别通过磁共振扫描(MRI)、核磁共振图像处理软件Mimics、游标卡尺测量3D打印的眼球实体模型三种方法测量眼轴,观察记录MRI组、数字模型组及3D打印组三组数据。三组数据对比采用重复测量方差分析,相关性检验采用Pearson相关分析;一致性检验采用组内相关系数(ICC)分析以及Bland-Altman分析,观察三组间测量眼轴长度的相关性及一致性,评估3D打印眼模型眼轴测量结果的应用效果。结果MRI组测量的眼轴平均长度为(28.99±2.68)mm,数字模型组为(28.93±2.67)mm,3D打印组为(29.05±2.65)mm。经重复测量方差分析,三组间差异均无统计学意义(F=1.68,P=0.271)。Pearson相关分析结果示:MRI组与数字模型组、MRI组与3D打印组、数字模型组与3D打印组的眼轴测量值间均存在线性关系,具有较高的相关性(r=0.993、0.995、0.995;均P<0.001);Bland-Altman分析结果显示:MRI组与数字模型组、MRI组与3D打印组、数字模型组与3D打印组测量的眼轴数据一致性均良好,并具有可互换性。结论3D打印技术制作的眼模型在高度近视伴后巩膜葡萄肿患者眼轴测量与MRI及数字模型一致性和相关性高。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of using 3D printing technology to create ocular models for the measurement of axial length in high myopia.Methods A study of prospective case series was conducted.Clinical data includes 10 patients(10 eyes)with high myopia with posterior scleral staphyloma who underwent posterior scleral reinforcement surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2023 to Dec.2023 were collected.Axial length measurements were obtained preoperatively through magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),using the MRI image processing software Mimics,and via physical 3D-printed eyeball models measured with vernier calipers.Data from three groups—MRI,digital model,and 3D-printed model—were observed and recorded.Repeated measures analysis of variance(ANOVA)was used to compare the data among the three groups.Pearson correlation analysis was employed to assess correlation,while intra-class correlation coefficient(ICC)and Bland-Altman analysis were utilized to evaluate the consistency of axial length measurements across the three groups,thereby assessing the application effectiveness of the 3D-printed ocular model for axial length measurements.Results The measurement of mean axial length were(28.99±2.68)mm in the MRI group,(28.93±2.67)mm in the digital model group,and(29.05±2.65)mm in the 3D-printed model group.Repeated measures ANOVA revealed no statistically significant differences among the three groups(F=1.68,P=0.271)in assessing axial length.Pearson correlation analysis showed that scatter plots of axial length measurements between the MRI and digital model groups,MRI and 3D-printed model groups,and digital model and 3D-printed model groups all formed straight lines,indicating a highly significant linear relationship and strong correlation among the three sets of data(r=0.993,0.995,0.995;all P<0.001).Bland-Altman analysis further confirmed good consistency and interchangeability of axial length measurements across the three groups.Conclusion Ophthalmic 3D printed models a
