摘　　要：[目的]为明确流式细胞技术在乳品商业无菌检测中的高效性、准确性,了解微生物快速检测技术的必要性和价值。[方法]介绍流式细胞技术的定义、原理、方法,并与国标中的商业无菌检验方法进行对比。[结果]流式细胞技术与国标中的商业无菌检验方法对未添加微生物样品的检测结果为商业无菌,对添加目标微生物的检测结果为非商业无菌,检测结果一致。[结论]流式细胞技术检测商业无菌和国标中的商业无菌检验方法在检测上可以达到相同的筛选目的,而且在便利性、准确性、稳定性、可操作性、时效性等方面更具有优势,能快速放行产品,对质量判定有重要意义。[Objective]To clarify the efficiency and accuracy of flow cytometry technology in commercial aseptic testing of dairy products,and to understand the necessity and value of rapid microbial detection technology.[Method]Introduce the definition,principles,and methods of flow cytometry technology,and compare it with the commercial sterility testing methods in the national standard.[Result]Flow cytometry technology and the commercial sterility testing method in the national standard showed commercial sterility for samples without added microorganisms,and non-commercial sterility for samples with added target microorganisms.The test results were consistent.[Conclusion]Flow cytometry technology for detecting commercial sterility and the commercial sterility testing methods in national standards can achieve the same screening purpose in testing,and have advantages in convenience,accuracy,stability,operability,timeliness,etc.It can quickly release products and is of great significance for quality judgment.
