摘 要:超厚壁集箱是电厂锅炉不可或缺的核心组件,起着热量传递与高压承受等重要作用,其材料品质和焊接技艺的优劣直接关系到锅炉的安全运行与使用持久度。鉴于传统焊接方式所存在的问题,本文提出了一种模糊控制算法,旨在优化焊接工艺参数。通过实验验证与对比分析评估了这一方法的有效性。相较于传统方法,模糊控制算法在预测精确度与稳定性方面展现出了明显的优越性。采用该算法优化后的焊接技术,显著增强了集箱材料的力学性能,如抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率、冲击韧性及硬度等,同时材料的耐腐蚀性也得到了大幅度提升,为电厂锅炉超厚壁集箱的焊接工艺优化提供了新的视角和实用方法。The ultra thick wall header is an essential core component of power plant boilers,responsible for multiple important roles such as heat transfer and high-pressure bearing.The quality of its materials and welding skills directly affect the safe operation and durability of the boiler.In view of the problems existing in traditional welding methods,this paper proposes a novel fuzzy control algorithm aimed at optimizing welding process parameters.The study conducted experimental verification and comparative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of this method.Compared to traditional methods,fuzzy control algorithms have shown significant advantages in prediction accuracy and stability.The optimized welding technology using this algorithm significantly enhances the mechanical properties of the header material,such as tensile strength,yield strength,elongation,impact toughness,and hardness.At the same time,the corrosion resistance of the material has also been significantly improved.Therefore,the fuzzy control algorithm proposed in this article provides a new perspective and practical method for optimizing the welding process of ultra thick wall headers in power plant boilers.
