摘 要:目的明确我国公立医院科技成果转化工作存在的堵点,尝试从不同主体角度提出工作优化的对策与建议。方法在中国知网检索有关公立医院科技成果转化的相关文献,通过扎根理论三级编码归纳出相关概念和范畴。结果通过三级编码,梳理出初始概念85个、范畴29个、主范畴5个,构建了包括公立医院、医务人员、企业、政府和高校5大主体的公立医院科技成果转化影响因素归因模型。结论公立医院科技成果转化工作涉及多个主体,可以从公立医院的规范管理、医务人员的技术突破、政府的积极牵头、企业的主动融合、高校的人才培养入手,实现人才培养机制、行业评价机制、利益分配机制和智能管理机制的革新。Objective To clarify the bottlenecks in the technology transfer work of public hospitals in China,and try to propose work optimization strategies and suggestions from the perspectives of different stakeholders.Methods The relevant literature about the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals was searched on CNKI,and inductively summarize the relevant concepts and categories through the three stages of grounded theory coding.Results Through the three stages of coding,85 initial concepts,29 categories,and 5 main categories were sorted out,and a model attributing the influencing factors of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals was constructed,involving five major entities:public hospitals,medi⁃cal staff,enterprises,government,and universities.Conclusion The work of transforming scientific and technologi⁃cal achievements in public hospitals involves multiple stakeholders.It can start from the standardized management of public hospitals,the technological breakthroughs of medical staff,the active leadership of the government,the pro⁃active integration of enterprises,and the talent cultivation of universities to achieve innovation in talent cultivation mechanisms,industry evaluation mechanisms,profit distribution mechanisms,and intelligent management mecha⁃nisms.
