摘 要:目的探讨AI智能辅助计算系统治疗间歇性外斜视对患者手术成功率、立体视觉以及生活质量的影响。方法收集2021年3月至2023年4月就诊于四川大学华西医院资阳医院的间歇性外斜视患儿108例(216眼),随机分为A组和B组,每组各54例(108眼),A组采取传统计算法,B组采取AI智能计算法,依据6 m和33 cm斜视度制定患儿斜视手术量,比较两组患儿术后1 d、1个月、3个月、6个月时的斜视手术成功率、术后斜视度、立体视功能、水平与垂直知觉眼位以及生活质量评分[使用斜视儿童生存质量量表(CIXTQ)进行评分]。结果术后1 d、1个月、3个月、6个月时,B组患儿手术成功率均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。与术后1 d相比,两组患儿术后1、3、6个月时的6 m和33 cm斜视度均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),且B组患儿术后1 d、1个月、3个月、6个月时的术后6 m和33 cm斜视度均小于A组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。术后1、3、6个月时,两组患儿中心立体视和远立体视均逐渐增加,且B组患儿增加率大于A组,差异有统计学意义(F组间=76.59,P<0.05);两组患儿无立体视比例均逐渐降低,且B组患儿下降率大于A组,差异有统计学意义(F组间=137.74,P<0.05)。术后1、3、6个月时,B组水平知觉眼位和垂直知觉眼位降低幅度均大于A组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。两组患儿术后1 d以及术后1、3、6个月时,外斜漂移量均逐渐增加,且B组患儿术后1、3、6个月各时间点外斜漂移量均小于A组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。术后1、3、6个月时,两组患儿CIXTQ评分均逐渐增加,且B组患儿CIXTQ评分均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论AI智能辅助计算系统可有效提高间歇性外斜视患儿手术成功率,增强患儿立体视功能的建立,提高患儿的视觉质量,明显改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of artificial intelligence(AI)-assisted computing systems on the success rate of surgery,stereoscopic vision,and quality of life in patients with intermittent exotropia.Methods A total of 108 children(216 eyes)with intermittent exotropia who visited Ziyang Hospital of West China Hospital,Sichuan University from March 2021 to April 2023 were collected and randomly divided into Group A and Group B,with 54 children(108 eyes)in each group.Group A used the traditional calculation method,while Group B used the AI-assisted calculation method to determine the surgical volume of strabismus in children by the angles of strabismus at 6m and 33cm.The success rate of surgery,postoperative angle of strabismus,stereoscopic visual function,horizontal and vertical perceptual eye positions,and quality of life[Child Intermittent Exotropia Questionnaire(CIXTQ)score]were compared between the two groups at 1 day,1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery.Results At 1 day,1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery,the success rate of surgery in Group B was significantly higher than that in Group A(all P<0.05).Compared with the values at 1 day after surgery,the angles of strabismus at 6 m and 33 cm in the two groups were significantly reduced at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery(all P<0.05);Group B had significantly lower angles of strabismus at 6 m and 33 cm than Group A at 1 day,1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery(all P<0.05).At 1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery,the central and far stereoscopic visions of children in the two groups gradually increased,with the increase rate in Group B being significantly higher than that in Group A(F inter-group=76.59,P<0.05);the proportion of children without stereoscopic vision in both groups gradually decreased,with a decrease rate in Group B being significantly higher than that in Group A(F inter-group=137.74,P<0.05).At 1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery,the horizontal and vertical perceptual eye positions in Group B showed a s
