摘 要:为减少风-储联合系统中,双电池单元储能系统的充放电循环次数,降低高充放电功率指令下电池单元充放电电流倍率,提出一种储能系统充放电功率分层优化控制策略。根据充放电功率指令高低,为两电池单元匹配同充同放和一充一放两种运行模式,同时优化设置两运行模式下电池荷电状态循环区间,平衡充放电电量。仿真验证表明,在风电平抑效果相同的情况下,所提策略可降低高充放电功率指令下电池单元充放电电流倍率,减少电池充放电循环次数,延长电池寿命,降低储能电池功率和容量的配置需求。In wind-storage combined system,in order to reduce the number of charging and discharging cycles in a dual battery unit energy storage system and reduce the charging and discharging current ratio of battery unit under high charging and discharging power command,a hierarchical optimization control strategy for charging and discharging power of energy storage systems is proposed.The operation mode of two-battery unit in the traditional strategy in which one for charging and one for discharging,is improved.When the energy storage system meets high output power instructions,the operation mode of two-battery unit charging and discharging simultaneously is adopted.When a battery unit charges or discharges to the upper or lower limit of power,the charging and discharging state of the units switches.At the same time,optimize the cycle range of battery charge state in two operating modes to balance charging and discharging energy.Simulation results show that under the same wind power smoothing effect,the proposed strategy can reduce the charging and discharging current rate of battery units under high charging and discharging power commands,reduce the number of battery charging and discharging cycles,extend battery life,and reduce the configuration requirements for energy storage battery power and capacity.
