摘  要:聚乙烯醇(PVA)是一种新型的绿色环保材料,开发无毒且光学性能和力学性能优异的PVA抗菌包装薄膜能扩大其在包装领域的应用范围。PVA抗菌包装薄膜制备的难点在于选择合适的抗菌材料以解决大部分抗菌剂分散难、与基材相容难的问题。本研究以无毒安全的抗菌剂单辛酸甘油酯(GMC)作为抗菌剂、甘油/山梨醇为复配增塑剂,制备PVA包装薄膜。首先将GMC溶于甘油后再与水混溶形成乳状抗菌液,而后加入PVA膜液中,共混制备了PVA包装薄膜,并对其力学性能、光学性能和透氧性能进行研究。实验结果表明,当GMC用量在0.2~0.3mL之间时,PVA包装薄膜的透光率保持在92%以上,雾度低于10%,拉伸强度为211.485MPa,断裂伸长率为140.41%,其具有良好的光学性能和力学性能且GMC用量的增加对PVA包装薄膜氧气透过率影响不大。然后,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪对PVA包装薄膜进行了表征。实验结果表明,GMC的加入使PVA包装薄膜红外光谱图中3200cm^(-1)左右的峰明显变宽,薄膜中羟基(-OH)的含量增加;加入GMC后的PVA包装薄膜表面出现均匀分布的抗菌液滴,且随着GMC含量的增加,GMC在薄膜中的分散性减弱;差示扫描量热仪曲线反映出GMC、PVA和复配增塑剂(甘油/山梨醇)之间具有较好的相容性。最后,对PVA包装薄膜进行抗菌性能测试。研究表明,GMC的加入对金黄色葡萄球菌的生长繁殖起到一定的抑制作用,且GMC的含量越多,其作用效果越明显。Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)is a new kind of green material,and the development of non-toxic and excellent optical and mechanical properties of PVA antibacterial packaging film can expand its application in the packaging field.The difficulty of preparing PVA antibacterial packaging films lies in selecting suitable antibacterial materials to solve the problems of difficult dispersion and compatibility with the substrate.In this study,non-toxic and safe Glyceryl Monocaprylate(GMC)was used as an antibacterial agent and glycerin/sorbitol was used as a plasticizer to prepare PVA packaging films.Firstly,the GMC was dissolved in glycerol and then mixed with water to form an emulsion antibacterial solution,and then added to the PVA film solution to prepare PVA packaging films.Its mechanical properties,optical properties,and oxygen permeability were investigated.The experimental results showed that when the amount of GMC is between 0.2mL and 0.3mL,the transmittal rate of PVA packaging films is more than 92%,the fog is less than 10%,the tensile strength is 211.485MPa,and the elongation at break is 140.41%,which has good optical and mechanical properties.The increase in GMC content has little effect on the oxygen transmission rate of PVA packaging films.Then,the PVA packaging films were characterized by a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscope,and differential scanning calorimeter.The experimental results-1 showed that the addition of GMC make the peak of 3200cm^(-1) in the infrared spectrum of PVA packaging films significantly wider,and the content of hydroxyl(-OH)in the films increases.After the addition of GMC,the surface of PVA packaging films show a uniform distribution of antibacterial droplets,and with the increase of GMC content,the dispersion of GMC in the films decreases.The differential scanning calorimeter curve is compatible with GMC,PVA,and the compound plasticizer(glycerol/sorbitol).Finally,the antibacterial properties of PVA packaging films were tested.The results showed that adding G
