摘 要:球墨铸铁采用延后孕育工艺,即取消一次孕育量、控制倒包孕育量、保证浇注随流孕育量,可以在保证铸件力学性能的情况下,减少总孕育量;同时将减少的一次孕育的硅量改为用碳化硅进行炉内增硅,可以脱氧去气净化铁液,还可以提高铁液的形核能力,有效增加石墨核心,从而提高铸件的力学性能,并降低铁液成本。The delayed inoculation process of ductile iron can reduce the total inoculation amount under the condition of guaranteeing the mechanical properties of castings by cancelling the one-time inoculation amount,controlling the reverse inoculation amount and ensuring the inoculation amount with the flow.At the same time,the reduced amount of silicon in the first inoculation is changed to silicon carbide in the furnace,which can be deoxidized and degassing to purify the iron liquid,and can also improve the nucleation capacity of the iron liquid,effectively increase the graphite core,thereby improving the mechanical properties of the casting and reducing the cost of the iron liquid.
