摘 要:由于核废料具有一定的放射性,中低放核废料吊运起重机必须具有高可靠性和高安全性,故其关键机构和零部件均应通过冗余设计达到提高系统的安全可靠性。为满足核废料起重机起升机构的冗余设计需求,实现作业持续性目标,避免因电动机端故障导致主用起升机构出现怠机的现象,文中通过借鉴铸造起重机起升机构的冗余设计思路,结合核废料起重机特殊工况需求,开发了一种安全可靠、结构紧凑、便于维护的新型备用起升机构,从而实现机构冗余,提高起重机的作业连续性和系统可靠性,该冗余机构具有一定的推广价值。Since nuclear waste has certain radioactivity,low-level waste cranes must have high reliability and high safety,and its key mechanisms and components should be designed redundantly to improve the safety and reliability of the system.To meet the redundant design requirements of the hoisting mechanism of the nuclear waste crane,realize continuous operation and avoid the main hoisting mechanism being idle due to the failure of the motor end,a new standby hoisting mechanism with safety,reliability,compact structure and easy maintenance is proposed in this paper by drawing lessons from the redundant design ideas of the hoisting mechanism of the casting crane and combining with the special working conditions of the nuclear waste crane,so as to realize the redundancy of the mechanism and improve the operation continuity and system reliability of the crane.This redundant mechanism should be promoted and applied.
