摘 要:为解决厕所异味、难闻等问题,从各除臭菌种中筛选出4种除臭微生物,针对单个菌株及复合菌剂对人体排泄物中主要气味物质H_(2)S和NH_(3)的降解作用展开研究,使用亚甲基蓝比色法和纳氏试剂比色法测定排泄物中H_(2)S和NH_(3)含量,旨在构建高效除臭复合菌剂。单因素实验结果表明,4种菌株中,细黄链霉菌(Streptomyces microflavus)和产朊假丝酵母(Candida utilis)对H_(2)S的去除能力较强,去除率均高于50%;枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus Plantarum)对NH_(3)的去除能力较强,去除率分别为28.93%和26.10%。正交实验结果显示,正交2实验组复合菌剂对H_(2)S的去除率达到72.10%,正交7实验组复合菌剂对NH_(3)的去除率达到44.99%。经SPSS软件数据分析得出,去除H_(2)S的复合微生物菌剂的最优配比为V(产朊假丝酵母):V(细黄链霉菌):V(植物乳杆菌):V(枯草芽孢杆菌)=2:1:3:2,去除NH_(3)的复合微生物菌剂的最优配比为V(产朊假丝酵母):V(细黄链霉菌):V(植物乳杆菌):V(枯草芽孢杆菌)=1:1:3:2。To solve the problems of toilet odor,four types of deodorizing microorganisms from different deodorizing strains were screened,and the degradation of hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)and ammonia(NH_(3))in human feces were studied by single and compound microbial agent,aiming to develop a highly efficient deodorizing compound microbial agent.The composition of H_(2)S and NH_(3) in excreta was determined by Methylene Blue colorimetry and Nessler colorimetry.The results showed that among the four strains,Streptomyces microflavus and Candida utilis had the most significant H_(2)S removal ability with the removal rates both higher than 50%.Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus Plantarum showed strong NH_(3) removal ability,with removal rates of 28.93%and 26.10%,respectively.The compound microbial agent removal ability of H_(2)S and NH_(3) was further analyzed by orthogonal experiment.The removal rate of H_(2)S in test group 2 reached as high as 72.10%.The removal rate of NH_(3) in test group 7 reached 44.99%.Finally,data analysis by SPSS software showed that the optimal volume ratio of compound microbial agent to remove H_(2)S was V(Candida utilis):V(Streptomyces microflavus):V(Lactobacillus Plantarum):V(Bacillus subtilis)=2:1:3:2.The optimal volume ratio of compound microbial agent to remove NH_(3) was V(Candida utilis):V(Streptomyces microflavus):V(Lactobacillus Plantarum):V(Bacillus subtilis)=1:1:3:2.
