摘　　要：喻闽凤教授认为,儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍基本病因为少阴少阳枢机不利。治疗关键应为调畅少阴少阳枢机,治宜和解少阳、疏通三焦以调畅气机,益精填髓、滋阴潜阳以平衡阴阳。本研究从病因病机、遣方用药探析喻闽凤教授学术思想,并附验案1则,为临床诊疗提供思路。Professor Yu Minfeng believes that the basic cause of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in children is the disadvantage of Shaoyin and Shaoyang cardinal.The key for the treatment of this disease is to regulate Shaoyin and Shaoyang cardinal,and it is advisable to reconcile the Shaoyang,dredge the three-energizer to regulate the qi movement,and nourish the essence and fill the marrow,nourish the yin and latent yang to balance the yin and yang.This article explored Professor Yu Minfeng’s academic ideas from the perspectives of etiology and pathogenesis,prescription and medication,with one medical case attached,providing ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
