从伏邪理论探讨“湿”“瘀”“虚”与痛风相关性

摘　　要：伏邪为伏藏体内而不发作的病邪,伏邪理论可阐释多种疾病的病因病机与临床表现。痛风是嘌呤代谢障碍所致的一组异质性代谢性疾病,运用伏邪理论指导辨证论治有重要意义。脾肾功能失调,湿浊、瘀血潜藏内伏于体内,影响痛风的发生、发展及转归。而痛风起病隐匿、反复发作、脏腑受损的疾病特征与伏邪致病过程相契合。故结合痛风的发病特点,以伏邪理论为切入点展开论述,探讨“湿”“瘀”“虚”与痛风的相关性,确立利湿泄浊以祛邪、活血化瘀以通络、调补脾肾以扶正的治法,以此组方选药,治病求本。Incubative pathogenic factors is a disease that accumulate in the body without occurring,and the theory of incubative pathogenic factors can explain the etiology,pathogenesis,and clinical manifestations of various diseases.Gout is a heterogeneous metabolic disease caused by purine metabolism disorders,and it is of great significance to explain the pathological basis of gout using the theory of incubative pathogenic factors.Dysfunction of the spleen and kidney,with dampness,turbidity,and blood stasis hidden within the body,affects the occurrence,development,and prognosis of gout.The characteristics of gout,characterized by hidden onset,repeated attacks,and damage to the organs,are consistent with the pathogenic process of incubative pathogenic factors.Therefore,based on the characteristics of gout,this article took the theory of incubative pathogenic factors as the starting point to discuss the correlation between“dampness”,“blood stasis”,and“deficiency”and gout,and established the treatment methods of promoting dampness and turbidity to dispel pathogenic factors,promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis to unblock collaterals,and regulating and tonifying the spleen and kidney to support the body.According to this,medication and prescriptions were selected to seek the root cause of the disease.
