摘  要:饮食是人类必不可少的生存物质,诗歌是人类不可或缺的精神食粮。饮食入诗由来已久,饮食诗能反映思想文化内涵和社会时代风貌。少数民族诗人萨都剌一生仕宦南北,辗转各地后隐居江南,其诗歌中书写了多地区、多民族的饮食风物,趣味兼具。这些作品呈现出食与诗的高度融合,将流转各地的仕宦经历、交流发展的多民族文化,以及隐逸的个人志趣一一展现。现关于萨都剌饮食诗的研究较少,偶有学者分析其民族饮食书写。基于此,该文对其饮食诗分类梳理,感受诗人笔下的元代多民族、多地域饮食文化,品味仕宦经历、民族交融及个人志趣与饮食的关系,旨在为相关研究提供参考。Diet is an essential material for human survival,and poetry is an indispensable spiritual food for humans.Diet has been a part of poetry for a long time.Food poetry can reflect the ideological and cultural connotations as well as the social and contemporary style.The ethnic minority poet Sadura spent his entire life in officialdom in the north and south,traveling to various places before retiring to Jiangnan.His poetry depicts the cuisine and customs of multiple regions and ethnic groups,which are both interesting and entertaining.These works present a high degree of integration between food and poetry,showcasing the experiences of officials from various regions,the diverse cultures of exchange and development,and the personal interests of seclusion.There is relatively little research on Sadura's dietary poetry,with occasional scholars analyzing its ethnic dietary writing.This article categorizes and sorts out the poet's food poems,experiencing the multi-ethnic and multi regional food culture of the Yuan Dynasty depicted by the poet,savoring the experiences of officialdom,ethnic integration,and the relationship between personal interests and food,aiming to provide reference for related research.
