侗族款约的文体特征

摘　　要：款约作为历史悠久的侗族民间习惯法,是我国非物质文化遗产之一。针对其文体特征进行的专门性研究,是一项重要的课题,在民族文化保护方面,也拥有极大的意义。该文采用列举法、比较法、文献分析法等方法,在选词特点、修辞手段、语篇结构及对称性特征等方面,对侗族款约的文体特征进行了初步的描写与剖析。款约以民族固有词为主要词汇来源,贴近生活,亲民度高,偶有汉语成语、俗语的使用。款约语言以四个音节的动词性非主谓句为主,多修辞手段,风格活泼,易读易记。语篇以开场语、主体内容与结尾三部分为主要布局形式,固定句式突出,语言程式化特征显著,对称性强,和谐美观。As a long-standing folk customary law of the Dong ethnic group,Kuan Yue is one of China's intangible cultural heritages.Specialized research on its stylistic features is an important topic and has great significance in the protection of ethnic culture.The article uses methods such as enumeration,comparison,and literature analysis to provide a preliminary description and analysis of the stylistic features of Dong Kuan Yue in terms of word selection,rhetorical devices,discourse structure,and symmetry.The main vocabulary source of Kuan Yue is ethnic specific words,which are close to daily life and have a high degree of approachability.Occasionally,Chinese idioms and colloquialisms are used.The language of Kuan Yue is mainly composed of four syllable verb based non subject verb sentences,with multiple rhetorical devices,lively style,and easy to read and remember.The discourse is mainly composed of three parts:opening remarks,main content,and ending,with prominent fixed sentence structures and significant language programming features.Strong symmetry,harmonious and beautiful.
