论蒋彝《湖区画记》的反战思想

摘　　要：作为一位致力于中国传统文化传播的使者,蒋彝开辟了海外华人作家英文游记文本写作的新境界。他的首部游记《湖区画记》以游踪为线索,怒斥了战争对人类生存环境的破坏,揭露了战争的罪恶本质,呈现出强烈的反战思想。《湖区画记》中的反战思想既与当时紧张的战争局势有关,也与作者所受的中国传统文化教育有关。《湖区画记》中的反战书写具有重要的意义,既表明了作者对异质文化求同的立场,也表达了作者对世界和平的向往,更体现了作者浓厚的家国情怀。As a cultural ambassador committed to promoting traditional Chinese culture,Chiang Yee broke new ground in English trav⁃el writing by overseas Chinese authors.His first travelogue,The Silent Traveller in Lakeland,uses travel as a clue to angrily condemn the destruction of the human living environment caused by war,expose the evil nature of war,and present a strong anti war ideology.The anti war ideology in The Silent Traveller in Lakeland is related not only to the tense war situation at that time,but also to the tradi⁃tional Chinese cultural education received by the author.The anti war writing in The Silent Traveller in Lakeland is of great signifi⁃cance,as it not only expresses the author’s stance on seeking common ground among heterogeneous cultures,but also expresses the au⁃thor’s yearning for world peace,and reflects the author’s strong patriotism.
