摘  要:针对三维平板织机传感器多,生产中传感器输入信号故障时故障诊断对检修人员要求高、诊断时间长等问题,提出了一种快速检测、准确定位的故障诊断方法。在有限状态机(FSM)控制模型上,新增超时报警函数,建立有限状态机诊断模型(FD_FSM),将复杂的并发关系网络转化为易于定位故障的顺序关系网络,构建了快速故障诊断的控制系统框架。通过读取PLC当前状态变量,从结构化编程的PLC源代码中提取对应的状态转换函数,分离显示操作码、操作数和实时值,根据指令执行状态定位输入故障的传感器。三维平板织机的提综开口控制试验表明,该方法能够实时检测故障和快速定位故障,故障恢复时间减少了75%,提升了三维平板织机的生产效率。Aiming at the problems of many sensors in three-dimensional flatbed looms,high requirements of troubleshooting for maintenance personnel and long diagnosis time when the sensor input signal failed in production,a diagnostic fault method with rapid detection and accurate positioning was proposed.On the finite state machine(FSM)control model,a new timeout alarm function was added to establish a finite state machine diagnostic model(FD_FSM),which transformed complex concurrent relational network into a sequential relational network that was easy to locate faults,and a control system framework for rapid fault diagnosis was constructed.By reading the current state variables of PLC,the corresponding state transition functions was extracted from the structured programming PLC source code,the display of opcodes,operands and real-time values were separated,and the sensors with input faults were located according to the command execution state.Tests of lift-heavy opening control of three-dimensional flatbed looms showed that the method was able to detect faults in real time and locate faults quickly,and the fault recovery time was reduced by 75%,which improved the productivity of three-dimensional flatbed looms.
