摘 要:针对沿海城市综合能源系统存在多类型能源供需不平衡的问题,提出了计及阶梯碳交易及热电比的沿海城市综合能源系统调度优化策略。首先,引入海水淡化电解水制氢模型、阶梯式碳交易机制、热电比可调的模型;其次,采用CPLEX求解器,以购能成本、碳排放成本和弃风成本最小为优化目标,设定多种运营场景;最后,对计及阶梯碳交易及热电比的沿海城市综合能源系统调度优化策略进行了仿真实验。仿真结果表明:所提模型能在灵活提供各种能源的同时,降低系统运行的弃风成本、购能成本及碳交易成本。To address the imbalance of multiple types of energy supply and demand in the comprehensive energy system of coastal cities,a scheduling optimization strategy of the comprehensive energy system in coastal cities considering tiered carbon trading and heat-to-power ratio is proposed.First,the model of hydrogen production by electrolysis of seawater desalination,a tiered carbon trading mechanism,and a model with an adjustable heat-to-power ratio are introduced.Second,the CPLEX solver is used to set various operation scenarios with the minimum cost of energy purchase,carbon emission cost and wind abandonment cost as the optimization objectives Finally,simulation experiments are conducted on the scheduling optimization strategy of the comprehensive energy system in coastal cities considering tiered carbon trading and heat-to-power ratio.The simulation results show that the proposed model can flexibly provide various types of energy while reducing the costs of wind power curtailment,energy purchase,and carbon trading in system operation.
