摘　　要：习近平文化思想既是文化实践的产物,也是理论创新的结果。习近平文化思想蕴含着“七大思维”,包括高屋建瓴的战略思维,阐释了“三个事关”、新的文化使命和“七个着力”战略部署;辩证统一的辩证思维,体现了党的领导和人民至上的辩证统一、经济建设和文化建设的辩证统一、中华文化和世界文化的辩证统一;统筹兼顾的系统思维,立足中华民族伟大复兴的全局、强调文化建设具有系统性的系统思维;防范化解各类错误思潮的影响和维护网络空间领域安全的底线思维;抵制历史虚无主义和汲取历史智慧的历史思维;推动中华优秀传统文化的“两创”发展和革新宣传思想文化工作的策略与方法的创新思维;强调文化建设必须遵循法治原则和推动完善与文化相关的法律法规的法治思维。Xi Jinping's cultural thought is not only the product of cultural practice,but also the result of theoretical innovation.Xi JinPing's cultural thought contains'seven thinking',including strategic thinking from a strategic perspective,which explains the'three matters',the new cultural mission and the strategic deployment of'seven efforts';the dialectical thinking of dialectical unity embodies the dialectical unity of the party's leadership and the supremacy of the people,the dialectical unity of economic construction and cultural construction,and the dialectical unity of Chinese culture and world culture.The systematic thinking of overall consideration,based on the overall situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,emphasizes the systematic thinking of cultural construction;prevent and resolve the impact of various erroneous trends of thought and maintain the bottom line thinking of cyberspace security;to resist historical nihilism and historical thinking that draws on historical wisdom;the innovative thinking of promoting the development of"two innovations"of Chinese excellent traditional culture and innovating the strategies and methods of propaganda and ideological and cultural work;it emphasizes that cultural construction must follow the principle of rule of law and promote the rule of law thinking of improving laws and regulations related to culture.
