社会支持与中学生非自杀性自伤关系中的链式中介作用

摘  要:目的探讨中学生社会支持与非自杀性自伤(non-suicidal self-injury,NSSI)之间的关系,以及自尊和心理韧性在其间可能存在的链式中介作用。方法以江西省内3所中学为研究现场,采用一般情况调查表、社会支持评定量表、渥太华自伤量表、青少年心理韧性量表和自尊量表对3372名学生进行调查,采用SPSS26.0与PROCESS3.3进行数据分析和中介效应检验。结果中学生NSSI检出率为34.4%,其中女性(38.1%)高于男性(31.6%)(χ^(2)=15.813,P<0.001)。NSSI者社会支持总分及各因子的得分无论在男性或女性、初中生或高中生中均低于非NSSI者(P<0.001)。社会支持与非自杀性自伤关系中,直接效应占总效应比例为49.30%;自尊和心理韧性在其中发挥部分中介作用,效应量分别占总效应比例为23.94%、18.31%;此外,自尊和心理韧性在其中存在链式中介作用,效应量占总效应的8.45%。结论中学生的自尊和心理韧性在社会支持与NSSI之间可能发挥链式中介作用,在一定程度上可减少中学生发生NSSI的风险。Objective To investigate relationships between social support and non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)in secondary school students,and to determine possible chain mediating roles of self-esteem and psychological resilience in the relationship.Methods Using three middle schools in the Jiangxi province as the research sites,3372 students were surveyed using the general information questionnaire,social support rating scale,Ottawa self-injury inventory,psychological resilience scale for Chinese adolescents,and self-esteem scale.Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS 3.3.Results The NsSI detection rate among secondary school students was 34.4%,and that among female students was higher than that among male students(38.1%vs 31.6%,χ^(2)=15.813,P<0.001).The score of social support and each factor in the NSSI group were significantly lower than those in the non-NSSI group(P<0.001),whether they were males or females,junior or senior high school students.In the relationship between social support and NSSI,direct effect accounted for 49.30%of the total effect,self-esteem and psychological resilience not only played a partly mediating role,but also a chain mediating role in that relationship,the effect size accounted for 23.94%,18.31%,8.45%of the total effect,respectively.Conclusion Self-esteem and psychological resilience played a chain-mediating role between social support and NSSI,and to some extent reduced the risk of NSSI in middle school students.
