氯呲格雷联合氟伐他汀在脑梗死患者治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析氯呲格雷联合氟伐他汀治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年5月寿光市纪台中心卫生院收治的脑梗死患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。在标准化治疗基础上,对照组应用氯呲格雷治疗,观察组应用氯呲格雷联合氟伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、血脂水平、神经功能、运动功能、生活能力及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。治疗后,两组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能调查简表、Barthel指数评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯呲格雷联合氟伐他汀治疗脑梗死的临床效果显著,可降低患者的血脂水平,提高患者神经功能、运动功能及日常生活能力。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of chlorpygrel combined with fluvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of eighty patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Shouguang Jitai Central Health Center from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.On the basis of standardized treatment,the control group was treated with chlorpygrel,and the observation group was treated with chlorpygrel combined with fluvastatin.The therapeutic effect,blood lipid level,nerve function,motor function,life ability and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).After treatment,the levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride and total cholesterol in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores were lower in both groups than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Survey and Barthel Index in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of chlorpygrel combined with fluvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction is significant,which can reduce the blood lipid level of patients and improve the neurological function,motor function and daily living ability of patients.
