右佐匹克隆片与艾司唑仑片治疗失眠的效果与安全性比较

摘　　要：目的:比较右佐匹克隆片与艾司唑仑片治疗失眠的效果及安全性。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月贵阳市白云区人民医院收治的102例失眠患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组采用艾司唑仑片治疗,观察组采用右佐匹克隆片治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、日间功能障碍发生率、入睡时间、睡眠时间及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.012);观察组日间功能障碍发生率低于对照组(P=0.015);观察组入睡时间短于对照组,睡眠时间长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.018)。结论:相比于艾司唑仑片,右佐匹克隆片改善失眠,降低日间功能障碍、不良反应发生率的效果更好。Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of dexzopiclone tablets and estazolam tablets in the treatment of insomnia.Methods:A total of one hundred and two insomnia patients treated in Guiyang Baiyun District People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with fifty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with estazolam tablets,and the observation group was treated with dexzopiclone tablets.The total effective rate,incidence of daytime dysfunction,time to fall asleep,time to sleep and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.012);the incidence of daytime dysfunction in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.015);the sleep time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the sleep time was longer than that of control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.018).Conclusion:Compared with estazolam tablets,dexzopiclone tablets are more effective in improving insomnia and reducing the incidence of daytime dysfunction and adverse reactions.
