中西药联用对黑斑蛙源“歪头病”病原菌的体外抑菌效果研究

摘  要:为研究常用抗生素和中草药对黑斑蛙源“歪头病”病原菌米尔伊丽莎白菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的体外抑菌效果,采用纸片扩散法和二倍稀释法测定了米尔伊丽莎白菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对9种常用抗生素和6种中草药的敏感性,棋盘法测定两联药方的部分抑菌浓度(FIC)。结果显示,阿米卡星、多粘菌素B和环丙沙星对米尔伊丽莎白菌和肺炎克雷伯菌的抑菌效果较好,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为2.5μg/mL、5-10μg/mL和10μg/mL;五倍子、金诃子和金银花抑菌效果较好,MIC分别为31.25 mg/mL、125 mg/mL和500 mg/mL;这三种抑菌效果较好的中草药之间两两联用未发生拮抗作用。中西两联药方中,五倍子和多粘菌素B对米尔伊丽莎白菌的抑菌效果较好,FIC为1,表现为相加作用,可作为黑斑蛙“歪头病”抑菌药物的参考配伍组合。To investigate the in vitro antibacterial effects of commonly used antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicines on the pathogenic bacteria caused torticollis in black-spotted frogs,the sensitivity of Elizabethkingia miricola and Klebsiella pneumoniae to 9 commonly used antibiotics and 6 traditional Chinese medicines was determined using the disk diffusion method and the double dilution method.The fractional inhibitory concentration(FIC)of two-drug combinations was further measured using the checkerboard method.The results showed that Amikacin,Polymyxin B,and Ciprofloxacin had better antibacterial effects against both pathogens,with minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of 2.5μg/mL,5-10μg/mL,and 10μg/mL,respectively;Rhus chinensis Mill.,Terminalia chebula Retz.,and Lonicerae japonicae had good antibacterial effects,with MIC values of 31.25 mg/mL,125 mg/mL,and 500 mg/mL,respectively.These three traditional Chinese medicines did not show antagonism when used in combination.Among the combinations between Chinese medicines and antibiotics,R.chinensis Mill.and Polymyxin B had a good antibacterial effect on E.miricola,with an FIC of 1,indicating an additive effect.This combination could be served as a reference for treatment of torticollis in black-spotted frogs.
