摘　　要：钱穆既是声名显著的国学大师,又是卓有成就的教育家。除在学术思想方面有极深的造诣外,他的教育理念越益受到重视,其体育教学观同样值得关注。钱穆不同时期的体育活动,无不是当时社会生活的缩影,也是当时大中小学体育教育的真实写照。他早年参加的体操课程,深受军国民教育的影响;实践体操课程的生活化,既受西方自然主义的影响,又有自己立足实际的愿景;把体育当成“游艺”更是其对生活、学问的感悟,蕴含着其追求身心合一、道艺合一的深意。Qian Mu was not only a renowned master of Chinese studies but also an accomplished educator.In addition to his profound achievements in academic thought,his educational philosophy has gained increasing attention,and his views on physical education are equally noteworthy.Qian Mu's involvement in physical activities at various stages of his life reflects the social landscape of the time and serves as an authentic representation of physical education in primary,secondary,and higher education.The gymnastics courses he participated in during his youth were deeply influenced by militarized national education.His practice of integrating gymnastics into daily life was shaped by Western naturalism while incorporating his own practical vision.Furthermore,Qian Mu regarded physical education as a form of"recreation",reflecting his insights into life and scholarship,and embodying his pursuit of the unity of body and mind,as well as the harmony of Dao and the arts.
