摘  要:针对永磁外转子提升机调速系统中负载参数变化和扰动不定等因素的影响,给出一种自抗扰控制与惯量辨识相结合的永磁外转子提升机矢量控制方法。设计了基于卡尔曼观测器的最小二乘法的转动惯量辨识算法,根据辨识的负载转动惯量参数与速度环自抗扰控制,适时调整自抗扰控制策略中的补偿因子参数。结果表明,自抗扰控制优于PI控制,加入惯量辨识的自抗扰控制使系统鲁棒性得到进一步增强,解决了因转动惯量变化而补偿因子不适应的问题,提高了自抗扰控制对负载扰动的抗干扰能力。This paper aims to address the changes of the load parameters and the uncertainty of disturbance in speed regulation system of the permanent magnt outer rotor hoist,and proposes a vector control method of permanent magnet outer rotor hoist combined active disturbance rejection control with the movement of inertia identification.The study involves designing the inertia identification of the least squares method based on the Kalman observer;conducting the active disturbance rejection control according to the identified inertia parameters;and timely adjusting the compensation parameter factors in the active disturbance rejection control strategy.The results show that the active disturbance rejection control is better than the PI control,and the active disturbance rejection control with inertia identification enhanced the robustness of the system further,as which solves the inadaptability of compensation factors due to the changes of the movement of inertia,and improves the anti-interference capability of the active disturbance rejection control of load disturbance.
