摘　　要：随着科技与时代的进步,白内障手术已经不再局限于使患者重见光明,现代手术已经由复明性白内障手术时代跨越进入屈光性白内障手术时代。屈光性白内障手术是指由于术前检查技术的不断更新、术中高新技术的使用以及多功能人工晶状体的广泛应用使得白内障手术在使患者复明的同时,对近视、远视、散光、老花、青光眼等疾病都有治疗作用。With the progress of science and technology and the times,cataract surgery is no longer limited to making patients see again,and modern surgery has crossed from the era of cataract surgery to the era of refractive cataract surgery.Refractive cataract surgery refers to the continuous update of preoperative examination technology,the use of high and new technology in the operation and the wide application of multifunctional lenses,so that cataract surgery can not only restore patients'vision,but also treat myopia,farsightedness,astigmatism,presbyopia,glaucoma and other diseases.
