摘　　要：在全球竞争日益激烈的背景下,企业面临前所未有的挑战。精细化管理作为一种先进的管理理念和方法,以其注重细节、追求极致、持续改进的特征,成为企业提升运营效率、降低成本、增强竞争力的有效途径。文章阐述了精细化管理的内涵和意义,分析了当前企业在运营管理中存在的不足,并在此基础上提出了企业实施精细化管理的具体步骤。Under the background of increasingly fierce global competition,enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges.As an advanced management concept and method,fine management has become an effective way for enterprises to improve operational efficiency,reduce costs and enhance competitiveness with its characteristics of paying attention to details,pursuing perfection and continuous improvement.This paper expounds the connotation and significance of fine management,analyzes the deficiencies existing in the current operation management of enterprises,and on this basis,puts forward the concrete steps of implementing fine management for enterprises.
