摘　　要：随着全球经济的快速发展和信息技术的进步,国内外经营环境发生了巨大的变化,特别是疫情以后造成了更为严峻的形势,各大企业的经营状况遭受了巨大的冲击。在新格局之中,管理会计在企业管理中的作用日益重要。传统的管理会计方法已难以满足现代企业的需求,创新应用成为必然趋势。文章旨在探讨管理会计的创新应用与实践,分析其在现代企业中的具体运用以及对企业绩效提升的影响,增强管理会计在实践过程中的维度化、精细化及自动化,为后续经营决策提供可靠的量化支持。With the rapid development of the global economy and the advancement of information technology,the role of management accounting in enterprise management is becoming increasingly important.Traditional management accounting methods are no longer sufficient to meet the needs of modern enterprises,making innovative applications an inevitable trend.This article aims to explore the innovative applications and practices of management accounting,analyze its specific use in modern enterprises,and discuss its impact on improving enterprise performance.
