摘  要:人力资源管理质量的高低,直接影响企业的整体运营效率、业绩及核心竞争力。在人力资源管理中,绩效管理扮演着核心角色,是现代企业人力资源管理体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分,而绩效评价体系作为绩效管理中的重要组成部分,其科学合理性已经成为企业培育核心竞争能力、获取持续竞争优势的必然选择。文章旨在通过盘点国有小贷D公司绩效评价体系存在的问题、采取的解决方案,为国有小贷公司绩效体系再优化提供借鉴和参考。Human resources have become one of the top priority strategic resources,the quality of human resource management directly affects the overall operating efficiency,performance and core competitiveness of an enterprise.In human resource management,performance management plays a core role and is an indispensable part of modern enterprise human resource management system.As an important part of performance management,the scientific rationality of performance evaluation system has become an inevitable choice for enterprises to cultivate core competitiveness and obtain sustainable competitive advantage.This paper aims to provide reference for the re-optimization of the performance system of state-owned small loan companies by taking stock of the problems existing in the performance evaluation system of state-owned small loan companies and adopting solutions.
