摘　　要：组织间的依赖关系会影响研发网络中企业的创新绩效。文章在对相关文献梳理的基础上,提出复杂产品研发网络中组织间依赖对企业创新绩效影响的理论假设,通过收集我国复杂产品研发合作中的实际数据,对其进行实证检验。结果表明,研发网络中组织间依赖的程度对企业的创新绩效有显著影响。研究结论为研发网络创新管理研究提供一定的参考价值。Interorganizational dependence can affect the innovation performance of enterprises in the R&D network.On the basis of reviewing relevant literature,this study proposes a theoretical hypothesis on the impact of inter organizational dependence on firm innovation performance in complex product R&D networks.By collecting actual data on complex product R&D cooperation in China,this hypothesis is empirically tested.The results indicate that the degree of inter organizational dependence in the R&D network has a significant impact on the innovation performance of enterprises.The research conclusion provides certain reference value for the research of R&D network innovation management.
