摘 要:文章介绍了新疆八一钢铁有限公司炼铁厂低碳冶金试验平台HyCROF工艺理论研究与实践,从传统高炉高富氧、超高富氧再到HyCROF工艺的全氧冶炼,HyCROF工艺可降低炼铁工序30%以上的化石能源消耗,顶煤气自循环、富氢冶炼达到了25%以上的二氧化碳减排效果,为从源头上降低炼铁工艺的碳排放提供理论依据和实践方案。This article introduces the theoretical research and practice of the HyCROF process in the low-carbon metallurgical test platform of Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.'s ironmaking plant.From traditional blast furnace high oxygen enrichment and ultra-high oxygen enrichment to the full oxygen smelting of HyCROF process,HyCROF process can reduce fossil energy consumption in the ironmaking process by more than 30%.The top gas self circulation and hydrogen rich smelting have achieved a carbon dioxide reduction effect of more than 25%,providing theoretical basis and practical solutions for reducing carbon emissions in ironmaking process from the source.
