摘 要:为促进动力电池回收发展,加强对环境的保护,可将前景理论引入政府监督下回收商与制造商绿色回收和再造动力电池的三方演化博弈决策中,通过价值函数和权重函数构建演化博弈的收益矩阵,根据模型的复制动态方程分析影响政府、回收商和制造商行为决策的因素,并通过Matlab软件进行仿真。研究结果表明,风险规避、损益感知参数值影响三方的策略选择。各方的策略选择除了与投入成本有关外,还与各方可获得的收益密切相关,回收商与制造商对环境污染成本感知价值较为敏感。基于此,文章从不同角度对动力电池绿色发展提出建议。In order to promote the development of power battery recycling and strengthen the protection of the environment,the prospect theory will be introduced into the tripartite evolutionary game decision of green recycling and remanufacturing of power batteries between recyclers and manufacturers under the supervision of the government.The income matrix of the evolutionary game is constructed through the value function and the weight function,the factors affecting the behavioral decision-making of the government,recyclers and manufacturers are analyzed according to the replication dynamic equation of the model,and the simulation is carried out by Matlab.The results show that risk avoidance,perceived profit and loss parameters affect the strategy selection of the three parties.The strategy choice of each party is not only related to the input cost,but also closely related to the income available to each party.Recyclers and manufacturers are more sensitive to the perceived value of environmental pollution cost.Based on this,suggestions for the green development of power batteries are put forward from different perspectives.
