摘 要:该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法与数理统计法,以悬吊训练对高校女子足球运动员下肢爆发力的影响为研究对象,选取了20名女足运动员作为实验对象,实验组进行悬吊训练和常规力量训练,对照组进行常规力量训练。实验前后分别对两组实验对象的下肢爆发力指标进行测试,并进行统计学分析。研究结果认为:通过8周的干预实验,实验组和对照组的训练模式均能提高高校女子足球运动员的下肢爆发力;在30 m冲刺跑、纵跳高度与最大相对力量3个指标上,实验组比对照组的提升效果更加显著,促进作用更加明显;悬吊训练结合常规力量训练的训练模式相较于常规力量训练,对高校女子足球运动员的定点踢远成绩提升效果没有显著差异,但提升幅度相对较大。In this article,we explore the impact of Suspension Exercise Training(SET)on the lower limb explosive power of female college soccer players using methods such as literature review,expert interviews,experiments,and mathematical statistics.We selected 20 female soccer players for our study,with the experimental group receiving SET combined with traditional strength training,while the control group underwent only traditional strength training.Before and after an eight-week intervention period,both groups were tested on their lower limb explosive power indices,which were then statistically analyzed.The results show that both the training methods applied to the experimental and control groups can enhance the lower limb explosive power of female college soccer players.In terms of 30-meter sprint times,vertical jump heights,and maximum relative strength,the approach incorporating SET alongside traditional strength training yields more significant improvements compared to traditional strength training alone,demonstrating a stronger promoting effect.Although there was no significant difference in improving stationary shot performance among female college soccer players when comparing SET combined with traditional strength training to traditional strength training alone,the progress made was noticeable.
