摘  要:为进一步增强学生体质,促进学生体质健康发展,该文基于文献分析、历史研究以及逻辑分析等方法,厘清了当前传统体育培养模式下的高校学生体质发展的现实困境:理论体系滞后与教学内容单一,师资力量薄弱与教学质量参差不齐,学生兴趣缺失与参与度不高,评价体系不完善与激励机制缺失。对此,提出新时代、新征程、新形势以及“体教医”融合背景下的高校学生体质健康发展的新途径:构建评价体系,促进体质发展的科学评估;创新激励机制,激发参与热情与持久动力;深化课程与教学改革,提升体育教育质量;强化体医融合实践,促进体质健康发展。In order to further enhance students'physical fitness and promote the healthy development of students'physical fitness,based on the methods of Literature Analysis,Historical Research and Logical Analysis,this paper tries to clarify the realistic dilemma of college student system development under the current traditional sports training model:The theory system is lagging and the teaching content is single,the faculty is weak and the teaching quality level is uneven,the students'interest is lacking and the participation is not high,the evaluation system is imperfect and the incentive mechanism is lacking.This paper puts forward a new approach to the development of college students'physical health under the background of"integration of sports,education and medicine"in the new era,new journey and new situation:Build an evaluation system to promote scientific evaluation of physical health development;Innovative incentive mechanism to stimulate participation enthusiasm and lasting motivation;Deepen curriculum and teaching reform to improve the quality of Physical Education;Strengthen the practice of integrating sports and medicine and promote the healthy development of physical health.
