摘 要:目的:探讨临床医学八年制教育中科研能力的培养现状、存在问题及改进对策.方法:通过文献综述、访谈和调查问卷,了解目前临床医学八年制科研培养的基本情况,分析存在的主要问题,总结各院校的实践经验,提出相应的改进建议.结果:目前八年制教育中对科研能力培养的重要性已得到普遍认同,但具体培养目标和要求尚不明确,科研训练时间有限且与临床实践冲突,学校科研氛围不够,学生科研积极性和科研质量有待提高.一些院校进行了有益尝试,如双导师制、科研兴趣小组、网络教学平台、加强师生沟通等,初步取得了一定成效.结论:八年制临床医学教育应合理定位科研培养目标,完善科研训练体系,创新培养模式,优化支持政策,多措并举提升学生科研水平,培养高层次创新型医学人才,需要国家、学校、导师、学生等多方共同努力.Objective:To explore the current status,challenges,and improvement strategies for research training in the eight-year clinical medicine program.Methods:A literature review,interviews,and surveys were conducted to assess the current situation of research training in eight-year clinical programs.The main problems were identified,and the practical experiences of various institutions were summarized,with corresponding suggestions for improvement.Results:The importance of research training in the eight-year program is widely recognized,but the specific objectives and requirements remain unclear.There is limited time for research training,often conflicting with clinical practice,and the research environment at schools is insufficient.Students'motivation and the quality of research also need enhancement.Some schools have implemented useful measures,such as dual mentorship,research interest groups,online teaching platforms,and improved communication between teachers and students,yielding initial positive results.Conclusion:The eight-year clinical medicine program should clearly define its research training objectives,improve the training system,innovate training models,and optimize support policies.Multiple measures are needed to enhance students'research capabilities and cultivate high-level,innovative medical talents.This requires collaborative efforts from the government,schools,mentors,and students.
